Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole Recipe

Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole

Preheat: 300 degrees
Cook time: 90 minutes

1.5 - 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
6-8 pieces of Swiss cheese
6-8 big pieces of deli ham (thick or thin, depending on your preference)
1 can of cream of chicken soup
2/3 c milk
1/3 c butter, softened
1/2 package of Pepperidge Farm fine seasoned stuffing (blue bag)

Grease a 9x13 casserole dish.
Combine soup and milk in a separate bowl and mix until blended.
Roll ham slices, enough so that the ham isn't laying flat on the dish.
Top with chicken pieces.
Top meat with cheese and pour soup mixture over everything.
Combine stuffing and softened butter in a separate bowl.
Crumble over the top of casserole.
Bake at 300 degree for one hour, cover with foil and cook for another thirty minutes.
