10 day YOU Challenge - Day 7

Seven Wants. Is this different than seven wishes? As in, is this supposed to be material items that can be purchased, or can it be non-tangible things? I'm going to list both.

1. I want my daughter to have a quality life and out live me. I have so much empathy for those parents who out live their children, and it brings me to tears to think about losing my baby. I don't want that to happen, so this is my number one wish. My husband out living me is a given.
2. I want my parents to live as long as they are healthy. I don't want them to suffer.
3. I want to be a good example of a wife and mother to those I encounter. Of course, I have my weak moments, and I often wear my heart on my sleeve...but it is my primary goal to be the best wife and mother I can be, while showing others how to do so. I'm still developing this.
4. Selfishly, I want a Honda Pilot. I don't need one, so that's why it's considered a want. Sure, I have other dream cars...but this is a realistic want that would be practical for our family.
5. I want to put down roots in a nice area--where we live now would be good. I want to buy a house, make life-long friends, and become 'that nice baking lady' to the neighborhood families and priest.
6. I want a new computer. My Mac book is over 6 years old. I am running an operating system that is so old, I can't download Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. I also can't update my phone's operating system because my OS is too old...so yeah, please donate to the get Kaylene out of the stone-age fund!
7. I'd LOVE to buy my husband a new truck. He not only deserves it, he needs it. His truck is becoming a money pit.
